With a combined 30 years of sales experience, our goal is to provide remarkable service to each customer. Our professional backgrounds consist of sales and marketing, corporate communications, and education, all of which contribute to the uniqueness and thoroughness of professionalism given to clients every day.

 

OUR PHILOSOPHY

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work. That said, in our experience as a South-Metro real estate professional, we've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being good listeners as well as good communicators, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.

PATTI BIO

Having grown up on a dairy farm in Farmington, MN, she developed a hardwork ethic, honesty and integrity and a zest for living life. Her childhood days were consumed with working on the farm showing horses, playing the piano and participating in sports. She chose to continue her musical interests at college and pursued a degree in Music and Communications.  At the same time, she was interested in designing homes, drawing and furthering her career in marketing and sales. Her hobbies outside real estate include: triathlons, marathons and adventure racing, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, horseback riding/driving and steer roping, downhill skiing, rock climbing, guitar & piano, and spending time with her family.  She is also an instructor at Lifetime Fitness.
